Make sure you're at LHFX

There is only one official LHFX domain: lhfx.com. LHFX is a direct MetaQuotes licensee running official MetaTrader 5. This page lists every domain we operate, every domain we do not, and how to verify any broker before you deposit.

Official LHFX channels

If a website, social account, or person claims to be LHFX and is not on this list, they are not affiliated with us. We will never contact you from a free email address (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.), never DM you on Telegram or WhatsApp first, and never ask for your password.

If a domain redirects you to a different broker

You have left the LHFX ecosystem. Any account you open on a redirected destination is unaffiliated with LHFX, regardless of the original URL you typed. We have no control over what happens at domains we do not operate.

Were you a CedarFX, EagleFX, or LonghornFX customer?

If your old broker was one of these three, your account migrated to LHFX. You are in the right place. Here is what to do.

  1. Sign in at lhfx.com using your old email

Use the email address you used at CedarFX, EagleFX, or LonghornFX. If you do not remember which email, contact help@lhfx.com and we will help locate your account.

  2. Reset your password

Use the "Forgot password" link to receive a reset email. All migrated accounts were prompted to reset their password at first login on LHFX for security.

  3. If you visited an old domain and ended up elsewhere

eaglefx.com is no longer operated by anyone affiliated with LHFX and currently redirects to a different broker. If you opened an account on that redirected destination, it is not affiliated with LHFX. Come back to lhfx.com to access your migrated LHFX account.

How to verify any broker is running official MetaTrader

Not every platform that looks like MetaTrader is licensed MetaTrader. Cloned and grey-label versions exist. Here is how to check any broker, including us, in under a minute.

  1. Check the MetaQuotes official broker registry

MetaQuotes (the company that makes MT4 and MT5) publishes the list of every broker licensed to offer MT5. If a broker is not on it, they are not running an officially licensed platform.

  2. Check the broker's regulator on the regulator's own register

Every legitimate regulator (FSC Mauritius, FSCA South Africa, CySEC, FCA, ASIC, etc.) publishes a public register of authorised firms. Look up the broker's license number directly on the regulator's site, not on the broker's own marketing pages.

  3. Check the broker's company registration

Real companies are registered. Search the broker's stated company name in the relevant country's company register. If they do not list a stated jurisdiction, that itself is a signal.

Common impersonation patterns to ignore

Patterns we see repeatedly. If anyone contacts you using one of these, they are not LHFX.

Recovery scams

Strangers messaging you offering to "recover" funds you lost at another broker, for a fee. We do not contact people unsolicited about other brokers' funds. Anyone who does is running a scam.

Fake "LHFX agent" DMs

Direct messages on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or X from accounts claiming to be LHFX support or account managers. Real LHFX support replies only to tickets you opened, only from @lhfx.com email addresses or the two social handles listed above.

Lookalike domains

lhfx-trading.com, lhfx-official.net, lhfx.io, lhfx-asia.com, and any other domain that is not exactly lhfx.com. Bookmark lhfx.com and type-check before logging in.

Payment redirects

Requests to deposit by sending crypto, bank transfer, or e-wallet payment to a personal wallet address claiming to act "on behalf of LHFX". All real LHFX deposits start inside your logged-in account dashboard at lhfx.com. Crypto deposits may route to our payment partner cryptorocket.com, with the destination address shown to you on screen during the deposit flow. Anything outside that flow (a wallet address DM'd to you, payment instructions in an email, a stranger volunteering to "help you deposit") is not LHFX.

Password or 2FA requests

We will never ask for your password or your 2FA code. Anyone asking is trying to take over your account.

"Deposit more to unlock your withdrawal"

This is one of the most common scams run by fake clones impersonating legitimate brokers. The story is some version of: before we can release your withdrawal you need to pay an unlock fee, a verification deposit, a clearance fee, or a tax payment. Once you pay, there is another fee. And another. The funds never arrive because the operation was never going to release them. No legitimate broker requires additional deposits to process a withdrawal you have already requested. At LHFX a pending withdrawal is paid from your existing account balance, never from new money. If anyone claiming to be LHFX or any other broker tells you to deposit more to release your withdrawal, you are talking to a scam.
