Crypto withdrawals are typically processed and sent in under 20 minutes, and over the last 90 days 87% never touched a human reviewer. The other 13% were flagged for security review (large amounts, first-time withdrawal post-KYC) and still cleared within an hour. Arrival in your wallet then depends on the network.

No. Zero fees. The amount you withdraw is the amount that lands. Network fees on the blockchain (e.g. a $1 BTC network fee) are paid by us, not deducted from your balance.

Mostly no, and that's deliberate. LHFX pays out in crypto because bank wires are slow and expensive, and the point is to pay you back in minutes rather than days. There are two exceptions. Clients in Vietnam can withdraw straight to their own Vietnamese bank account in dong, usually the same day, within a daily limit. And money you deposit by debit or credit card goes back to the same card for a period after the payment, landing in 3 to 5 business days. Everything else is paid in crypto. Most clients withdraw to a self-custody wallet (Trust, Phantom, MetaMask) or to an exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Luno). If you don't already have a crypto wallet, set one up before your first withdrawal. It takes about 2 minutes.

Withdrawals under $1,000 are processed without full KYC verification. We use our STP/ECN exemption to ship small amounts immediately. Withdrawals over $1,000 require KYC, which most users complete in under 5 minutes via our identity provider.

Two reasons. First, brokers that pay out by bank wire are stuck with bank-rail processing times: 1 to 5 business days, plus the broker's internal review queue. Second, some brokers hold client money on their own balance sheet, which means a withdrawal is an outflow they have to defend internally. We pay in crypto and we're STP/ECN, so neither of those bottlenecks applies.
