Confirm the double top and estimate its target

The neckline is the low between the two highs. The height from the higher high down to the neckline is the same 93 pips you measured the tolerance against when you checked that the two highs counted as one price. Follow the three numbered points on the chart: a candle closes below the neckline, that height is measured, and the same distance is projected below the neckline to give the estimated target.
