HYPEUSD opened Monday at 52.555 and closed Friday at 54.072, a net gain of roughly 1.52 points, or about 2.9 percent on the week. The move was not clean. Price ran to a Wednesday high of 57.943 before sellers took over, and the last two sessions gave back most of that rally. The weekly candle finished well below its high, which tells you buyers lost control of the tape into the close.
There are no scheduled high-impact calendar events in the bundle for HYPEUSD this week. That puts the focus squarely on price behaviour and order flow rather than a single data print. With crypto trading through the weekend, the Monday open often reprices against the Friday close, so the first thing to watch is whether price holds the 54.072 close or gaps away from it.
The secondary theme is momentum. The midweek reversal from 57.943 back under 55 is the most recent structural signal in the data. Whether last week's high acts as a ceiling or gets reclaimed will shape how the rest of the week trades. Open an LHFX account to trade HYPEUSD this week.
If price opens firm and reclaims the 55.019 area early, the Wednesday high at 57.943 comes back into view as the next reference. A push through there would put price back at levels it could not hold last week. If instead the open is soft and price loses the 54.072 close, attention shifts lower toward the week's swing low near 51.936. Broad crypto risk matters here too. If BTC/USD leads a risk-on move, correlated tokens like HYPEUSD tend to follow, and the reverse holds on a risk-off session.
As of the Monday reading, 96.6 percent of positioning is long and 3.4 percent is short. That is an extreme skew. When almost everyone is already positioned on one side, the fuel for further upside is limited, and a downside flush can accelerate as stretched longs get squeezed. A crowd this one-sided is a caution flag rather than a confirmation.
The Friday close at 54.072 is the pivot to frame the open around. Above it, 55.019 and the 57.943 weekly high are the upside references. Below it, the 51.936 weekly low is the level bulls need to defend. These are reference points for reading the tape, not entry signals.
