### How much commission do we charge?

LHFX charges a commission of $3 per side ($6 round trip) per lot traded on Standard accounts. Islamic (swap-free) accounts carry a higher commission of $3.50 per side ($7 round trip) per lot.

### Is 'hedging' and 'scalping' allowed on LHFX?

Yes, trading techniques such as hedging and scalping are permitted on LHFX.

### Do you offer Islamic accounts?

Yes. We created the Islamic Account so clients who cannot pay or earn interest are able to trade. Islamic accounts do not pay or earn swap or rollover interest. Commission is $3.50 per side ($7 round trip) per lot, against $3 per side on a Standard account. A fixed administration fee also applies to positions held beyond the grace period, at the per-instrument rates published in our holding-fee schedule on the Spreads and Fees page. You can select the Islamic account when opening a trading account.

### What is the difference between a Demo Account and Live Account?

Demo accounts are not opened using customer funds, while Live accounts are. Otherwise, all pricing and trading conditions are the same. Develop and refine a trading strategy using our free to use Demo Account which contains the same conditions as the Live Account.

### What deposit methods are available at LHFX?

LHFX offers three ways to deposit: cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX, USDT, USDC, minimum $10, no maximum), card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay ($20 to $20,000, instant), and local payment methods in seven countries ($10 to $10,000). Available methods vary by region. All deposits are credited to your wallet in your chosen currency (USD, EUR, or GBP).

### What withdrawal methods are available at LHFX?

Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency. We support BTC, ETH, TRX, SOL, USDT, and USDC across their available networks. LHFX does not charge withdrawal fees, but standard blockchain network fees apply.

### How long will it take to process your withdrawal?

Most withdrawals are processed automatically and approved within minutes. Once approved, the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain and how quickly it arrives in your wallet depends on the network you chose. Faster chains like Solana typically confirm in under a minute, while Bitcoin can take 10 to 30 minutes as it requires multiple block confirmations. Ethereum and TRON usually land somewhere in between at around 1 to 5 minutes. A small percentage of withdrawals are flagged for an enhanced security check, which may take a little longer but typically complete the same day. You can see our live average approval times on the homepage, updated hourly. There are no fees for withdrawals with LHFX.

### What are the deposit and withdrawal fees?

LHFX does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, all cryptocurrency transactions are subject to standard blockchain network fees which vary by cryptocurrency and network.

### What are the maximum leverage settings for each instrument?

### Does LHFX offer negative balance protection?

Yes. If your account balance goes negative due to market conditions, LHFX will automatically reset it to zero. You will never owe LHFX money. Your other accounts are not affected.
